Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, our products cannot be returned except in the following cases: – In case of incomplete or incorrect order delivery. – In case of a defective product. Returns must be made no later than 14 days from the delivery of the order to the address you provided, either via courier (with the products returned to our company within the aforementioned timeframe). In such cases, you will not incur shipping costs, provided you choose the courier company that delivered your order. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product and inform you if you are entitled to a refund or a replacement of your order. Prior notice must also be given by contacting us at hello@piyeas.com. Our products must be in their original condition and accompanied by the legal proof of purchase. The refund or replacement of your order will be carried out immediately after consultation with you. If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the product.
